5 surprises of living together with French guy
フランス人と暮らしてみて驚いたこと。
１：He love to be naked at home / 彼が家の中で裸でいることを好むこと
彼曰く、裸の方が快適！らしい。体も日本人より大きくってもじゃもじゃのくまさんみたいな彼が裸で部屋をうろうろしていることは結構面白い。
多分・・・嫌がる人も中にはいるんだろうけど、今は夏だし（多分冬も裸な気がする）何より服を脱いだ時の彼の顔が満面の笑顔でとっても幸せそうだから止める気はしない笑
いつも“おっと！品質の悪い服だからスルスル落ちちゃうね！”なんてジョークを挟みながら服を脱ぐ彼のことが私はとっても好きなのでした。
１つだけ困ることは私にまで服を脱ぐことを勧めてくること笑
To borrow his expression, it’s really comfortable to be naked at home. It’s because of there is naked beach in France?? But for me, it’s so funny to see he is walking around the room with hairy naked body a bit like a bear lol.
Maybe there is somebody who is not happy with it, but I really like his satisfied face when he takes off all of his clothes and never feel to blame about it.
He always tells me the jokes, “Oops! The quality of this clothes is bad so it falls down.” But please please please don’t ask me to do same thing as u :>>>>
２：He loves something sweeeeeeet! And eats a lot / とにかく食べる量が違う。そして甘いものが大好き
これは私が母子家庭、女だけの家庭で育ったからかもしれないんだけれど、男の人ってこんなにいっぱい食べるんだ！とびっくりした。
朝ごはん食べて、昼ごはん食べて、夕ご飯食べた後にアイスクリーム。
特にMaxはCold stoneが大好きで（近くに美味しいice cream屋さんがあるよって私が教えてしまった笑）、であってから週１回は食べてるんじゃないかなと思う。
そしてとっても甘いもの好き。彼の朝食は毎朝M&Msのピーナッツ、昼はBaker and Spice(上海に展開しているおしゃれなカフェ)のデニッシュ（お気に入りはカスタードクリームたっぷりのブルーベリーデニッシュ）、そして夜は私と一緒に食べるから普通のご飯。それにプラスして一点点(人気なお茶屋さん)のグレープフルーツグリーンティーにタピオカとココナッツジェリーをプラスで、たまにアイス。
Maybe because I grow up with the family without guy, I was so surprised how much he eat every day. Eating M&M’s peanut for breakfast, sweeeet Danishes with full of custard cream from Baker and Spice (which is famous café with good pastry in SH), then dinner with me. In addition, grapefruit, green tea with tapioca from Yidiandian(the popular tea stands) and Cold stone ice cream.

３：He often helps me to do house work / 家事をすごく手伝ってくれること
これはハッピーサプライズ！日本の男の人って家事を積極的にする印象があまりない。（それは私の男運が悪かったからかもしれないけど。）
Maxはなんでも家事を手伝ってくれて、洗濯・洗い物・ゴミ捨て、いつでもMeg,何か手伝えることある？って聞いてくれるの。
それは彼が今学生だからかも何だけど、授業が終わって家に帰ると、何か家事残ってる？って聞いてくれるし、朝もゴミ出しておくね〜って言ってくれる。
むしろ私が全部家事やると居心地が悪いんだって。何って素敵な男性なんだろう。
This is one of happy surprises! When I was in Japan, not many guys help woman to do house works. (it might be because of my lack of the skills to find good man.)
Max asks me “What can I help you?” every day and helps me to do laundry, dishes and dumping trashes.
He says it’s not comfortable for him if I do all the house works. What an amazing guy he is!
４：He can bake the delicious pies / パイが焼けること。
一緒に暮らしてから今まで電子レンジしかなかったからオーブンを新調したんだけど、一緒にアップルパイを焼いてくれてびっくり。しかも私は今までコンポートしたリンゴのアップルパイしか焼いたことがなかったんだけど、生クリームを入れたしっとりとしたパイの作り方を教えてくれた。
日本人男性って料理（特に甘いもの）に興味ある人少ないし、一緒に料理してくれるなんて滅多にない。けどMaxはそれ以外の料理も結構手伝ってくれて一緒にお料理ができる。女子力高い。
After we start to live together I bought one tiny oven to bake some pastry.
We already cook apple pie once and it was surprising which he has skill and knowledge about cooking!!I only had experiences to cook the apple pie with compote apple with cinnamon, but this time he taught me the pie with some cream. It was tasty and fantastic.
Actually, not many Japanese guy are interested in cooking especially dessert and never cook with me before. I do enjoy this cooking together time!
５：: He loves AC / 体感温度の違い
Maxはすっごく暑がり。彼曰く毛深いもじゃもじゃが体温を逃がしてくれないらしくいつも暑いんだって。だから冬はヒーターみたいに暖かいよ。ってすごく自慢げに言う。笑
１にも書いたようにいつも裸なのにクーラーも常に18度。
日本人の私は本当に凍えそう。寒い。おかげで冬用のもこもこワンピース着て部屋にいる。笑
日本でも男女の体感温度差はあるみたいだけど本当に困る〜〜。とはいえ私が着込めば問題は解決するのでもこもこしてるけど、彼はなんだか悪い気がしてAC切っていいよっていつも言ってくれるけど彼が睡眠不足になる方が私は困るのでした。
He can’t stand the heat at all. Because the summer is Shanghai is terrible. Hot and humid so it’s like a hell for him (maybe). According to his voice, he said his hair cover all around his body won’t let heat outside so he always like a heater. However, I’m not good with AC. Because I’m Asian and grown up with this humid summer so it’s freezing for me to turn on the AC all the time so I’m always wearing fluffy puffy knitted PJ for winter at home:DDD He said he feels bad for that, but I prefer to let him sleep well at night tho.
