Broken Washing Machine / 洗濯機が壊れた話。

土曜日にいきなり洗濯機が壊れました。笑
本当に困った！平日は仕事が忙しくって洗濯物をする時間がないから週末にいつも２−３回洗濯をするんだけど、起動しても洗ってくれなくって永遠に水が流れ続けるの。
とりあえず大家さんに連絡して、その日は洗濯は諦めたの。
そしたら素敵な大家さん、日曜日に来て早速倉庫に余っていたという新しい洗濯機と入れ替えてくれた！上海の賃貸マンションは、基本家具と家電が付いていて壊れると大家さんが新しいものと変えてくれる。
これ日本と違うシステムですごく便利。でもやっぱり大家さんの性格によって結構対応が違うんだけど、うちの大家さんは日本人好き。どうやら日本人は部屋を綺麗に使ってくれるっていう印象があるみたいで家賃も周辺の家より少し安めで提供してくれてるわけ。年齢も私に近くってたまにおしゃべりする中。
しかも私の部屋のデコレーションを結構褒めてくれて、いつも綺麗に使ってくれてありがとう。って言ってくれた。（日曜日に呼び出しているにも関わらず）。
こういうのって小さなことだけどHAPPYな出来事だからとっても幸せになった日曜日なのでした。
On Saturday, the washing machine in our flat was suddenly broken. Even I started to wash, the water is flowing all the time and never start to wash the clothes.
It’s a big problem for me, because I don’t have enough time to do laundry on weekdays. I texted my landlord about the situation and gave up to washing clothes on Saturday.
Fortunately, she came to our flat and change the washing machine into new one which she had in the warehouse. In Shanghai, most of flat has furniture and home appliance and when we have any problems with them, we can call landlord to change or fix it. (In Japan, we don’t have these kind of system and people need to buy their own furniture and home appliance by themselves).
So as you know, the relationship with landlord is really important here. But I’m a lucky one because our landlord like Japanese people a lot and she believe we can keep the flat clean. she gave me great discount than the any other flat around here.
Even she needed to come to my flat to change the washing machine, she was really kind to do that and also gave me words of praise for my decollations here.
It was a tiny thing but made my Sunday “Happy!”
